The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this beautifully restored 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS. The rotisserie restoration, completed in 2007, is fully documented with receipts and photographs. From any angle, this restoration shows an incredible attention to detail and authenticity. Originally a California car (still on a California title), she retains ALL of her original sheetmetal (Floors, Rockers and ¼ Panels). Currently she is fitted with the 383 stroker V8 engine, Tremec 5 speed transmission, Holley shifter, and a 3:73 rear end. (The original, matching numbers, 327 engine is included with the car.). The hood is from an SS. The car is finished in it's original "Marina Blue" (code F) with the correct new Black vinyl deluxe interior (code Z). The paint is excellent, with deep shine and smooth finish. The car is fitted with Stainless Steel Brakes Corporation Front disc brake conversion kit. She runs new factory OEM drums at the rear. All brake lines, brake pads, master cylinder, and brake hardware is new. The 383 ci engine is built using a Comp 236 242R camshaft, 383 Stroker Crank, New World Products SBC Sportsman Heads. This motor is VERY strong, and runs well on pump gas. The clutch is new as is the Tremec transmission. The radiator is new, and the power steering pump was restored. The car is fitted with rally wheels, in dash “Tick Tock” tachometer and console gauge package. ALL of the exterior trim is NEW, as is the front and rear glass. The side glass is original. The chrome is excellent. All suspension pieces are restored and painted. All bushings are new, as are the leaf springs, shocks and tires. The original floor pans are beautiful, and fully restored. The engine breathes through headers and a new exhaust system. All badging, head and taillight assemblies are new. This is a beautifully restored car that any Camaro enthusiast would be proud to own!
