1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II "Wonderful condition, fully sorted!!

The car on offer here is a lovely 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II Saloon. This car has 111,600 documented miles, is fully sorted and ready to go. Recently painted in two toned Silver Sand over Black; the paintwork is excellent with great depth and luster. The Beige Connolly leather is nice, but does show visible wear on the driver's seat and a visible tear in the passenger seat. This Silver Shadow has been well serviced and is in remarkably original condition. The glass appears original and in excellent condition along with all of the chrome and rubber trim. The rest of the leather interior is in outstanding condition, the rear seats look as if they were never sat on and the carpets are good, with Moulton mats. The leather dash top looks excellent and is free from shrinkage or damage. All of the wood is in nice condition with minor cracking in the veneers. The Rolls Royce built 6.75 liter eight cylinder engine starts right up and has great power of torque. The carburettors just received a recent rebuild. The acceleration is excellent and the transmission shifts as designed. The electric shifter works as designed and the car shifts into gears with ease. The suspension is compliant, solid and free from any issues. The steering is light and free from any looseness or extra play. The brakes and master cylinder and lines have all been replaced recently and the brakes serviced. All of the electronics on the car are operating as they should including all of the power windows, which move quickly and quietly, the child lock for the windows, all of the door locks, the power seats, cruise control, windshield wipers and all of the interior and exterior lights. The AC is cold and the HVAC system works as it should. Accompanying the sale of this Silver Shadow II are the original manuals, handbooks and service booklets with their original pouch.
