This 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Rumble Seat Coupe received a full restoration to a very high level and remains in stunning condition. The body (original Henry Ford steel) is straight and rust-free, with excellent panel fit. The body features two-toned painted; green with black fenders. The paint has a rich, deep shine and Apple Green pinstripes, wire wheels (including the rear mounted spare) set off the look even more. A very nice combination. All chrome and brightwork was re-plated and is also in excellent condition. The top is new, as are the side curtains. The convertible top mechanism was restored and shows as new. The undercarriage is restored to show condition. The interior has been restored using Brown leatherette. Just lovely. Rumble seat upholstered in tan leatherette. All glass is excellent. Gauges register accurately. All systems work as they should. Mechanically and cosmetically this A is an "A". The engine was clearly rebuilt correctly; it runs smoothly at all speeds with good torque and plenty of power. The engine is correctly detailed and shows well. On the road, the car is a real pleasure to drive. It shifts crisply through all gears, has tight responsive steering and excellent brakes. Goodyear tires are like new. The car is well sorted and ready for touring. I would not hesitate to hop in this car and drive it anywhere with confidence. If you have been looking for a fully restored Deluxe A Coupe, from what many consider to be the best year of production, this is a great one!
